Nicole Meade Jensen is a nearly-native Tucsonan who graduated from Tucson High Magnet School and the University of Arizona. Nicole holds a degree in French and English from the U of A, and a post-degree certification of paralegal studies.
Nicole worked as a trust and estates paralegal and Certified Paralegal at Gadarian & Cacy, PLLC for seventeen years, and observed both the challenges Trustees face as well as the demand for compassionate, knowledgable third-party Trustee services. Working closely with families, Trustees, and beneficiaries, she saw an unmet need for high-touch, light-footprint, personalized professional Trustee services, separate from both a client’s financial institutions and their estate planning attorneys.
This need galvanized Nicole to become a licensed fiduciary. A natural problem-solver and connector, Nicole transitioned to fiduciary work at Gadarian & Cacy in 2022 before leaving the firm in early 2024 to start Providia Partners with Sarah Singer. Nicole thoroughly enjoys the challenges and rewards of serving as fiduciary, and brings patience, knowledge, curiosity, and insight to the often-challenging work of serving as fiduciary.
Nicole is committed to the Tucson community, and focuses her charitable and volunteer work in the areas of hunger, child poverty and literacy, and restorative justice. She and her husband Blaine enjoy practicing yoga, hiking, skiing, and traveling. Nicole is the proud mother of three adult sons, Ethan, Owen, and Arlo, and enjoys agonizing over U of A basketball with them. Nicole grew up in a blended family and is a proud stepmother to Elizabeth and Beckett; as such, she understands the joys and complexities of blended family dynamics. Nicole considers herself a lifetime learner: accordingly, she is an avid reader.
Sarah Heisler Singer grew up in Tucson and is a graduate of University High School. Sarah attended college at Tulane University, in New Orleans, LA, where she earned degrees in finance and accounting and graduated summa cum laude.
After college, Sarah worked as an investment banker and as a proprietary trader. After leaving Wall Street, she worked as a business consultant for small businesses before attending the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School in New York City. During law school, Sarah clerked for the Federal Court of Claims in Washington, DC and for the Third Circuit Court in Philadelphia, and interned for a boutique accounting firm that worked with ultra-high net worth families. After law school, she worked for a large accounting firm in its Private Client Service Group working with high net families. Sarah is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and New York.
Since returning to Tucson, Sarah worked as an Estate Planning Attorney at Gadarian & Cacy, PLLC. She has volunteered with various organizations and has been very involved in the Jewish community. She has participated in Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona’s Young Woman’s Cabinet, is a Past Chair of the Tucson JCC’s Board of Directors, and is a member of the Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona’s Board of Directors. Sarah is also on the Angel Foundation Board of Directors, is the Chair of the Arizona State Bar’s Probate and Trust Executive Council, and was a member of the Tax Executive Council.
